Thanks to fine grooves on the runner, food slides cleanly and with great precision over the wide blade. The ultra-sharp stainless steel blade can be adjusted flexibly from ultra-thin to a thickness of 0.5cm. The secure finger sheath allows you to cut carrots safely right to the very end. The mandoline features a silicone edge on the base to prevent it from slipping around on your work surface. This further reduces the risk of injury.
