Is the inventory on your website accurate?

Our site's inventory is synced automatically to our in-store systems, and should correctly reflect our actual stock. If an item is showing low stock, we recommend calling or emailing to confirm availability. In the event an item is purchased that is out of stock, our staff will reach out to offer a solution.

I saw something in the store but can’t find it online. Can I still buy it?

Yes! While most of our products are available online, some items in our Beacon Hill store haven’t been added to the website yet.

If you’re looking for a specific item, feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to help you track it down and arrange a purchase.

How long does shipping take?

We typically process our orders by 6PM EST on business days and most will arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location. All orders ship out of our retail store location in Beacon Hill, Boston. We can usually arrange next day or two day shipping for an extra charge.
