CLASSIC DAMASCUS BLACK series combines beauty of Damascus steel with clean design of handles made from black Pakka wood. Ergonomic handles from CLASSIC series will fit your hand well and ensure perfect knife balance and control. Blades are made from 32 layers of Damascus steel with core made from VG-10 (C-1%, Cr-15%, Mo-1%, V-0.2%, Co-1,5%). Steel is hardened to 61±1 HRC assuring long lasting sharp edge. Thanks to Full tang construction (handle and blade are made from one piece) the knives have high endurance. As is standard with other ZANMAI line, knives come with perfectly sharpened edge and engraved logo with mirror sheen at the end of handle.
