Returns |
At Blackstone's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of the purchase date. |
To initiate a return by mail, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or phone (617-227-4646) and request a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the purchase date. When submitting a return request, please include your order number. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during the return transit. |
