The Longfellow is also known as the Salt and Pepper bridge because of the the shape of the towers on the bridge. It connects Boston and Beacon Hill with Kendall Square in Cambridge. Thousands of people cross this bridge every day on trains, busses, cars and now in dedicated bike lanes too!
