        Product Details

Well known German quality and cutting-edge technology are brought together in the Wusthof Classic knife series. Wusthof Classic knives are forged from one piece of specially tempered, high carbon, alloyed stainless steel to ensure outstanding strength and sharpness. Classic series knives were the first to feature Wusthof PEtec - Precision Edge Technology - for an easily maintained razor-sharp edge that retains its cutting performance twice as long as other knives. The attractive, ergonomic black handle is designed for comfort and control, and is made of a seamless, synthetic material for a hygienic grip. The handle is triple-riveted to the full-length tang for exceptional durability and the full bolster protects fingers from slipping.

The sharp blade of a Santoku allows anything from regular to wafer-thin cuts - it is therefore now indispensable in kitchens all around the world.Styled after the Japanese chefs knife, the hollow edge of the Santoku knife creates air pockets which prevent sliced food from sticking to the blade and allows for finer slicing.
