Produced in response to popular demand, we are delighted to share our rendition of this American classic. Named after our former Production Manager Caitlin (the woman behind this riff on the classic spice blend), this salt is herbaceous and earthy with notes of thyme, mint, and bay leaf. These fresh, green flavors elevate Bloody Mary cocktails, potato salad, lobster rolls, or even fried foods. The fresh flavors of our celery salt can be used to elevate everyday meals without adding any heat.
